How long will it take before I can see proofs?
The processing of your order depends on several things: the size of your order, the time of year and the format. Normally proofs should be available within three working days. The final order depending on the format, should be ready within 24 hours to 3 weeks of your approval. Sooner if possible. (rush orders possible)

Do you retouch or enhance my photos?
Pricing includes minor retouching for unwanted blemishes on all selected prints. Major Artwork, graphics and enhancement takes from 12 to 48 hours and is billed at $65.00 per hour.

How do I make payment for my order?
Prior to any services you’ve selected being performed you must pay the for the services in full, or pay a 60% deposit. The balance of your account will be due when your order is delivered. Please remember, we cannot deliver any prints until the balance is paid in full.

Do I have any sort of guarantee?
We guarantee the photos delivered to you will be of the highest quality, be the prints you approved, sizes you indicated and properly retouched if necessary. If you are not satisfied with your photos we will schedule an appointment with the photographer, and if needed we will schedule a re-shoot at no charge.
